I've seen a few macros that uses a number instead of writing in the full name of the item you want it to use. What are the numbers for each item slot? I want to know what number I can use for each piece of equipment please ...

But you are right that trinkets are slot 13 (top trinket) and 14 (bottom) and the macro would be /use 14.
